English is an international language. It is spoken and understand all over the world. In our country, it is taught as a compulsory subject in the school and campus curriculum.
The history of the English literature and language shows that English has not become what it is today by a sudden leap.
If a person does not understand English his participation in many program es will be meaningless. It helps to understand the world. It has been the main official language of the UN. If people do not talk in English they feel themselves humiliated among their friends. Hence English should be encouraged to be learnt.
